We are easy to find next to Cannon Hall Museum about 5 miles west of Barnsley, signposted of the A635 and only 10 minutes from junction 37 of the M1.
Follow the signs for Manchester A628 then pick up the brown signs for “CANNON HALL”. Ignore the first car park just after the hump backed bridge and follow the OPEN FARM ONLY sign. The road bends round to the left and up the hill. The farm is a right turn signposted before the brow of the hill.
If you want to use the bus, the 92 service from Barnsley runs daily into Cawthorne village. We are then only a pleasant stroll away through the grounds of Cannon Hall. On Sundays, the 92A service operates three services directly to our own car park.
Parking is available close to the farm and costs £3, including a voucher worth £3 that can be redeemed in the Tearoom when you spend £10 or more.
WE CAN ONLY REDEEM VOUCHERS FROM THE FARM CAR PARK. NOT FROM THE CAR PARKS AT THE GARDEN CENTRE OR COUNTRY PARK AS THESE CAR PARKS ARE NOT OWNED BY CANNON HALL FARM.
We have space for hundreds of cars.
On bank holidays it’s best to turn up early, as demand for spaces is intense
When the Rhododendrons are in full bloom in the spring even our car park is a beautiful piece of scenery.
