We are looking for a capable chef looking for an unusual opportunity for a role with daytime hours.

Previous experience is essential.  Working hours are as follows:

Mon: 8.30 – 5.30
Tue: 8.30 – 5.30
Wed: 8.30 – 5.30
Thu: OFF
Fri: OFF
Sat: 8.30 – 5.30
Sun: 8.30 – 5.30

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work some of our renowned supper club evenings in the White Bull restaurant on a Friday evening on an ad hoc basis.
