We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Butcher to join our busy retail butchery team at Cannon Hall Farm. This is a hands-on role within a high-quality farm shop environment, showcasing our meat to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General retail butchery, including cutting, preparing and portioning meat
  • Setting up and maintaining well-presented, attractive meat displays
  • Serving customers and offering knowledgeable advice on products
  • Stock rotation, cleanliness and maintaining food safety standards
  • Supporting the wider farm shop team as required

Hours & Pay:

  • 40–50 hours per week
  • Tuesday to Saturday
  • £14–£15 per hour, negotiable depending on experience

About You:

  • Previous retail butchery experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Reliable, professional and takes pride in quality and presentation
