One minute you could be filming a newborn lamb taking its first steps. The next you’re behind the scenes in our bakery capturing fresh bread coming out of the oven, creating TikToks with our homemade gelato team, covering a major farm event, or helping bring one of the UK’s best-loved farm brands to life for nearly 1 million followers.

We’re looking for a talented, creative and social-media-obsessed Content Creator to join the team at Cannon Hall Farm – someone who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, understands how to tell stories that people genuinely care about, and knows how to create content that stops people scrolling.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a hugely established brand that already has a massive audience and incredible stories happening every single day across farming, animals, food, retail, hospitality and family entertainment.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll create engaging social media content across the entire Cannon Hall Farm business, including:

  • Farm life and animal stories
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Bakery production & Farm Shop highlights
  • Restaurants and food features
  • Homemade gelato content
  • Seasonal events and campaigns
  • Community-focused supporter content and livestreams

You’ll produce:

  • Reels
  • TikToks
  • Stories
  • Short-form video
  • Photography
  • Social-first campaigns
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Livestream support

You’ll work closely with our Content Manager and teams across the business to help grow engagement, followers and sales through high-quality, entertaining and emotionally engaging content.

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

  • Is highly social media literate across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
  • Understands storytelling and audience engagement
  • Has strong video filming and editing skills
  • Knows what makes people stop scrolling
  • Is creative, organised and full of ideas
  • Can adapt content styles for different platforms and audiences
  • Keeps up with trends, creators and emerging content formats
  • Is confident working across a busy, fast-moving business

Most importantly, you’ll need to show us your work. Whether that’s:

  • Your own successful social channels
  • Content created for brands or clients
  • Freelance work
  • University projects
  • Passion projects

Experience

Experience in farming, animals, food production, retail or hospitality would be a bonus – but it’s not essential.

What matters most is your ability to tell compelling stories and bring our world to life for our audience.
