We’re happy to offer one free carer ticket for guests with additional needs (proof of eligibility required and checked on arrival).

We also accept Max Cards – please remember to bring yours on the day, as entry won’t be permitted without it, and you’ll need to pay for any free tickets if proof isn’t shown.

Free Carer Ticket

Although we do not offer a discount on tickets for disabled people, we do permit them one free carer to accompany them (should one be required) free of charge.
Only one carer can receive free entry per disabled guest. 
We will require documentation on the day of your visit such as:
• DLA or PIP entitlement letter
• A Blue badge
• A letter from a Doctor/Consultant/NHS Governing body or similar detailing requirements for a carer
Please note, that this is for standard farm admission only. Any event requests, please contact us separately.

Max Cards
Max Card holders are entitled to Buy One, Get One Free for a total of up to four tickets. Add two paid, and two free tickets to your basket to qualify for the maximum amount.
Please remember to bring your Max card with you.
We only accept one Max card per booking.

FAQs

Can I pay at the gate?

For visitors without an online booking, a limited number of same-day tickets may be available at the gate, with a £2 per person surcharge.

However, these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, as priority is given to pre-booked ticket holders.

What if I forget my Max Card / Proof of status?

If you don’t bring your proof of carer status, you’ll need to pay for any free tickets that were allocated to your booking.

How do I book tickets?

You can book tickets online even on the same day as your visit (subject to availability). Everyone needs a ticket – even under twos (though they go free.)

Do I have to arrive at the time shown on my ticket?

If you’re running late, join the end of the queue when you arrive — our team will do their best to fit you into the next available arrival slot, but please note that space is not guaranteed, so we strongly recommend arriving on time.

Can we bring our dog?

Dogs are not permitted inside the farm attraction.

However, families with dogs are welcome at our Lucky Pup dog-friendly café, located on the outskirts of the farm, which is perfect for a visit after exploring the parklands.

I don’t see tickets available for the date I want to book – does this mean you’ve sold out?

Not necessarily. Tickets will only be released in blocks. If you do not yet see your date, keep checking back. 

Can I change a booking?

If you’ve signed up for a Passport account, you can log in and amend your booking up to 48 hours before your visit. This includes changing the date or time, or, in some cases, crediting your tickets if you can’t attend.

Do I have to book a table in your restaurant?

No, we don’t take table bookings (except for afternoon tea). We have three on-site restaurants and pop-up takeaway shacks on busy days. For breakfast and lunch, simply find a table and order at the counter.

Is there a time limit?

No, you’re welcome to stay on the farm until closing time. Visitors aren’t timed, and you’re free to come and go as you please.

Can we go to the soft play?

Admission to The Hungry Llama Soft Play is included free with your farm admission ticket.

Are you accepting any other discount promotion?

You can only use one promotional offer at one time, so please be sure to choose the one most relevant to your group.

Do you have a Changing Places facility?

We are afraid not, but please be assured it is something we are working towards.

Why does the price change so often?

You may notice our farm admission prices change. This is in part due to our efforts to be as flexible as possible for our visitors. We now have varying ticket prices throughout the day – if you arrive later on, you pay less.

Can I get a refund if I can’t come to you?

If you’ve signed up for our new passport account you will be able to log in and change your booking up to 48 hours before your visit. This includes the ability to change the date or time or your visit or, in some cases, credit tickets if you can’t make it.
