We want your visit with us to be really enjoyable and as safe as possible. To allow us to properly plan for the number of visitors coming per day, all tickets for Cannon Hall Farm now have to be booked in advance online, even ones who have special discounts.

We do understand that some of our customers have additional needs and so we are happy to allow one free carer for those who qualify.

Please make sure to read the full terms and conditions to make which proof of status items we accept as our staff do check this upon arrival.

We are also pleased to announce that – after a brief hiatus – we have started accepting Max Cards again. Please do not forget to bring your Max card with you when you visit or you will not be permitted entry and will be asked to pay for the free tickets on your booking.

Please make sure to read the information below so that you are fully prepared for your visit.

Free Carer Ticket

Although we do not offer a discount on tickets for disabled people, we do permit them one free carer to accompany them (should one be required) free of charge.
Only one carer can receive free entry per disabled guest.
We will require documentation on the day of your visit such as:
• DLA or PIP entitlement letter
• A Blue badge
• A letter from a Doctor/Consultant/NHS Governing body or similar detailing requirements for a carer
Please note, that this is for standard farm admission only. Any event requests, please contact us separately.

Max Cards

Max Card holders are entitled to Buy One, Get One Free for a total of up to four tickets. Add two paid, and two free tickets to your basket to qualify for the maximum amount.
Please remember to bring your Max card with you.
We only accept one Max card per booking.
Please note, that these promotional offers are valid only on farm admission and not special events.

FAQs

Can I pay at the gate?

No, we’re sorry but we have to keep an eye on potentially changing government guidance and forward plan. For this reason, moving forward, we’ll only be accepting online bookings.

What if I forget my Max Card / Proof of status?

Unfortunately if you do not bring your card or proof of carer status with you, you will be asked to pay for the free tickets you had been allocated.

How do I book tickets?

We’re only taking online bookings to make your visit with us as contactless as possible. You can book tickets online even on the same day as your visit (subject to availability). Everyone needs a ticket – even under twos (though they go free.)

Do I have to arrive on the time shown on my ticket?

Yes please. Your ticket time is your arrival time and it is important that you arrive in a timely manner and have your barcode ticket ready to scan.

If you cannot find your ticket please email bookings@cannonhallfarm.co.uk for assistance. If for any reason you are running unavoidably late, please just join the end of the queue upon your arrival and our team will try their best to accommodate you on the next available arrival slot.

Can we bring our dog?

We do have the Lucky Pup dog friendly cafe on the outskirts of the farm attraction which families with dogs are welcome to use after a day walking in parklands. However, dogs are not permitted anywhere within the farm attraction itself.

I don’t see tickets available for the date I want to book – does this mean you’ve sold out?

Not necessarily. Tickets will only be released in blocks. If you do not yet see your date, keep checking back.

Can I change a booking?

If you’ve signed up for our new passport account you will be able to log in and change your booking up to 48 hours before your visit. This includes the ability to change the date or time or your visit or, in some cases, credit tickets if you can’t make it.

Do I have to book a table in your restaurant?

No. We have three on site restaurants available for our visitors to use, and a number of pop up takeaway shacks that appear on busy days. We do not accept bookings for these tables for anything other than afternoon tea. For regular breakfast / lunchtime service please just find a table and head to the counter to order.

Are all your facilities open?

Yes all our facilities are open.

Is there a time limit?

No you are welcome to stay at our farm as long as you wish until closing time. Visitors are not monitored for time and you can come and go as you please.

Can we go in the soft play?

Our soft play has reopened and admission is included free with your farm admission ticket.

Are you accepting any other discount promotion?

You can only use one promotional offer at one time so please be sure to choose the one most relevant to your group.

Do you have a changing places facility?

We are afraid not – but please be assured it is something we are working towards.

Why does the price change so often?

You may notice our farm admission prices change. This is in part due to our efforts to be as flexible as possible for our visitors. We now have varying ticket prices throughout the day – if you arrive later on, you pay less.

Can I get a refund if I can’t come to you?

If you’ve signed up for our new passport account you will be able to log in and change your booking up to 48 hours before your visit. This includes the ability to change the date or time or your visit or, in some cases, credit tickets if you can’t make it.

What hygiene measures have you taken?

Enhanced cleaning regimes are in operation regularly across the farm. Hand sanitisers are available to all guests in key areas.

Who do I contact with a problem?

Please call 01226 790427 or email bookings@cannonhallfarm.co.uk if you need to amend your booking because a member of your party has symptoms or needs to isolate.
