We are so excited to be appearing on the Channel 5 TV Show Christmas on the Farm – and we have been given permission to break an embargo for a very special reason.

On the upcoming episode Farmer Rob and his daughter Katie, and Farmer Dave and his daughter Poppy get all kitted out to help raise money for two charities very close to our hearts.

Photographed by Farmer Richard, our very special range of charity Christmas cards will raise money for Yorkshire Air Ambulance and Weston Park, two charities who are in dire need of support at this time.

We’ve funded the print costs ourselves – so that every penny of income from their sale will go to the charities in question.

The project – led by Farmer Richard Nicholson – means a lot to us for very personal reasons.

He said: “We chose the charities in question because both are close to our hearts.

“Weston Park have done such an amazing job looking after our chef Tim Bilton during his seven year battle with cancer.

“My late wife Maxine was also a patient at Weston Park Hospital before passing away in 2009 so it’s a place I know well and I understand how much dedication and commitment are involved in working there.

“The shadow of cancer touches so many lives and we are grateful for the dedication they show in tackling this terrible disease.

“Yorkshire Air Ambulance would have been our chosen partner charity for the food festival in 2020 but it had to be cancelled. They do an amazing job reaching those in the rural community quickly at times of crisis so we wanted to help out at what is a challenging moment for so many in the charity sector.”
