FARMER DAVID CONSIDERS TRIP TO SPECSAVERS AFTER ALPACAS GET HAIRCUT
Farmer David did a great job shearing our sheep in June but his latest efforts with our alpacas have drawn some chuckles from other members of staff. Ironically David is married to a hairdresser but not a lot of his wife’s flair seems to have rubbed off. “I did get better as I went on said a shamefaced David but they took a bit of getting used to with their long knecks and gangly legs.” The farm recently took delivery of a new male alpaca, Kipling. Farmer David is hoping for some new arrivals next year from his six strong herd of females.
