Chef (The White Bull) Full-Time x 2
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our White Bull kitchen team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for executing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Job hours are as follows:
Full time (40 hours per week).
There may also be the opportunity to also work our Friday evening supper club’s on a rotational basis.
28 days leave per year.
Duties:
– Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals in accordance with recipes and food safety standards
– Follow instructions from the kitchen manager
– Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
– Maintain inventory levels and advise your superior to order supplies as needed
– Ensure high food quality and presentation to meet customer expectations
– Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Skills:
– Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
– Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
– Excellent cooking skills with a focus on quality and presentation
– Experience in food preparation
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure setting
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
– Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional dining experiences
