If you purchased a Stretcherz toy from us, or chose one in your Santa Experience, stop using it immediately and keep it away from children.
Stretcherz is recalling certain toys (pictured above) following testing which has shown that the
sand-like material inside some products may contain trace levels of asbestos.
The overall risk is considered low, but because asbestos should not be present in any amount, we
are recalling the affected items as a precaution.
While we have received no reports of harm, we are taking this action out of an abundance of
caution and in line with our commitment to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Customers are advised to stop using the affected products immediately and follow the recall
guidance below.
What you should do:
* If unopened: place the toy/sand in a heavyduty plastic bag, seal/doubletape, label, and
store out of reach of children.
* If used/opened: do not create dust. Wetwipe the area, wear gloves and a mask, and
doublebag wipes/gloves/masks with the toy.
