It's heartbreaking news from our reptile house as an emotional Farmer Kate brings devestating news about one of our most impressive inhabitants - the Asian Water Monitor, Rex.

Our alpacas have been sheared!

We aren't just shearing sheep this week - our alpacas have also had a trim and will look quite different when you spot them in the barns now with their short back and sides. Did you know that we had 21 alpacas living here at Cannon Hall Farm? Even Farmer Rob was surprised!

Vaccinating the sheep

Farmers Rob, Dave and Hannah are in the fields tending to our flock and making sure they are protected against blue tongue, with their vaccinations. It's a job that takes time and care as we have to round up and record all the sheep to protect them.

There's a shocking moment as Felicity our shorthorn cow delivers twins! This is totally unexpected as twins weren't shown on her scan - now our farmers have work to do to reunite the family and keep them safe as a trio.
