Our Shire Lottie
Farmer Ruth joins us with our original Shire horse Lottie to check in on her.
Lottie has been with us the longest and she's absolutely a gentle giant.
She came to us as a foal and we've loved every second with her - Lottie lives in the paddocks at the bottom of the animal foot safari (for anyone wanting to see her in person.)
When Lily Meets Jeremy
It's that time of year! Our farmers stick to a very careful breeding calendar - and so we've introduced the lovely Lily to Jeremy in the hopes that we can have another calf in Spring.
She was so happy to see all her friends.
She saved them!
Throughout lockdown and beyond our goat Cappuccino has been an absolute superstar, providing enough milk to feed the 'vulnerables.'
It is thanks to her that Helen, Millie, Primrose and many more have made it to the stage where they are moving on to more solid ...read more

Farmer Ruth and the Swiss Valais!
Our Swiss Valais journey started in 2018 and we've been desperately trying to increase numbers of this rare breed.
We've now built our flock up to 30 - using a process of embryo transfer.
Farmer Ruth talks you through how we've got to where we are today.
Checking in: Millie and Primrose!
Millie and Primrose are shaping many happy memories for visitors to Cannon Hall Farm - and the pair are without a doubt the friendliest goats we have ever had.
Join Farmer Robert and Farmer Dave as they check in with the pesky pair.
Petal and her goat kid
Farmer Dale checks in on the lovely Petal and her kid (you will remember her from the lives as she has two spots on her side)
She's one of the friendliest goats on the farm and the original escape artist.
You can see this happy pair in our rare breeds barn.
Our gorgeous bull calf
Farmer Darrell checks in with our gorgeous new shorthorn bull calf - the latest of Jeremy's offspring to join the herd at Cannon Hall Farm.
This gorgeous bull calf is already showing signs of having championship lines - which means we hope he will stay on at the farm for the long haul.
He needs a name though - over to you!
Cynthia and Daffodil
We were so sad that two of our donkeys lost their foals this season.
Anyone watching This Week On The Farm will have realised how totally devestated we were to have lost Peter, because it came so out of the blue.
Join Farmer Dale as he checks in with the mums Cynthia and Daffodil who have been put together in the Picasso Field.
