Close-up goat kidding!

Farmer Dale and Farmer Darrell were feeding the animals when two Boer goats went into labour at the time.
Dale got the most spectacular close-up footage as one of the kids became stuck mid-way through labour.

Our epic live broadcast this morning saw a new hiefer calf arrive at Cannon Hall Farm - plus the arrival of some gorgeous new lambs, including a really rare moment where one was born in the sac.

It was a roller-coaster of a morning that we live-streamed to our Facebook audience - with triumph, tragedy and a sing-along.
In the most cruel blow yet, Farmer David lost three lambs - but managed to end on a high note with the safe delivery of a Gritstone and a successful wet adoption.

Our visitor attraction is closed but there's still thousands of animals on our farm that need care - including the sheep.
We have entered the busiest time in the farming calendar and we are running with only essential workers. It's all hands on deck - from a safe distance. Join us as we welcome our newest arrival - Kerry Hill twins.
